Inspired by the changing seasons, Transition Festival is the best of both worlds—a two-day event that explores the duality of dance music, from the melodic and uplifting sounds of progressive, electro, and house, to the filthier side of trap, bass, and dubstep in a striking outdoor environment.
Like two sides of the same coin, each day of Transition Festival promises to bring the unique, world-class level of production you’ve come to expect from both Red Cube and the Cuthbert Amphitheatre in Eugene, but with a twist: two vastly contrasted lineups, built specifically with our diverse fanbase in mind.
They say you can’t make everyone happy—but we think we’ve got it covered.
To headline day one, we’ve called upon Kaskade—the master of soulful, uplifting progressive house grooves, hands-in-the-air anthems, and driving electro beats. Joining Kaskade is no shortage of talent; Vanic, Said the Sky, and Mt. Eden are also along for the ride. Representing local NW talent is Eddie Pitzul and Phocus.
Day two—presented by the all-star Deadbeats label—is simply about bass. Led and headlined by label-boss Zeds Dead, the second round of Transition Festival boasts a lineup that also includes NGHTMRE, Ghastly, Habstrakt, GG MAGREE, and Kid Froopy.
Have we got your attention yet? Good.
Save the date, Transition Festival comes to you on Friday, September 22nd and Saturday, September 23rd.
